“For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.” (Romans 8:29)

POINTS TOUCHED ON:

As you want for your child: To grow to maturity — reach his/her potential.

– God wants the same for us, IN HIM, HIS LIFE, HIS POTENTIAL

God’s will for your life: Conformed to the image of Christ.

Being complete, not the same as being mature.

The MYSTERY — so powerful God had to hide it from the devil. NOW revealed in believers.

ONE with God. ONE in Him. (Jn. 17) Evident in our lives.

God shares His glory with believers in Christ.

Jesus experienced death and separation from God, so we never have to.

What it means to be a New Creation — One with God.

To fulfill God’s plan, need to know:

– Who we are
– What we are
– Why we are here

Don’t limit God in the realms He can work through you
– Jesus turned water into wine
– Mountains move when you expect them to
– Jesus speaking to the fig tree
– Multiplying food
